Data Backup Services
Vocalnet’s real-time backup service supports our collocation customers with automated backup and recovery, providing up-to-the-minute protection of your critical servers. Through a secure VPN connection to your equipment, your data is transparently backed up, in real time, to our fully redundant San. Before transfer, backup data is encrypted and remains so until it is restored to the client’s server. Customers can choose to keep backup data for either a 7-day or 30-day retention period, and alternate retention periods can be arranged.
Unified threat management
Vocalnet offers unified threat management services for our collocation customers that require a high degree of security protection and monitoring for their web sites. This solution incorporates Fortinet, the number one unified threat management system in the world. The firewalls are deployed in a redundant HA configuration providing Antivirus, Deep Packet Inspection, Intrusion Prevention, Anti-spam and Secure VPN access to your systems. The service is monitored 24x7 and can provide comprehensive reporting on a daily, weekly, or monthly timeframe.
Managed Services
Vocalnet’s Managed Service delivers co-location and IT professional services tailored to the requirements of each customer’s application. The service provides comprehensive 24x7 monitoring for all critical systems including Operating systems, applications, and hardware. The service is ideal for customers who frequently or occasionally require on-site assistance with installing or maintaining their systems. We enable our collocation customers to avoid dispatching their own field service personnel to the data center to perform routine tasks and troubleshooting. This service is available to collocation services customers that require either scheduled or unscheduled (emergency) onsite support and may be contracted through a monthly number of committed hours or on an as-needed basis.
Dedicated Web Hosting
Vocalnet’s Dedicated Web Hosting service provides our customers with enterprise-class services at a very competitive price. We offer packaged solutions with flexible options to get you going quickly and efficiently - including Dell and IBM hardware (vs. “no name” white box brands), Windows or Red Hat Linux operating systems, anti-virus protection, virtual redundant machines-VMware, real-time data backup, and managed professional services.
Virtual Private Network Services
Vocalnet offers Virtual Private Network (VPN) Services for collocation customers that require secure data transport between the customer premises and Vocalnet data centers. Vocalnet VPN solutions use public communications networks to provide remote offices or individual users with secure, network access to their organization's servers. Vocalnet offers site-to-site, hardware-based VPN solutions and software-based VPN solutions with two-factor authentication. These VPN solutions are an affordable and scalable.
