Dear Valued VocalNet Customer:
Please allow me to begin by thanking you for your business. As I’m sure you’re aware, we have been serving the local Rochester community and our nationwide accounts for nearly fourteen years. As we continue to grow and learn about the uses and benefits of the latest technologies, we want to offer those same benefits to your business. For this reason, we understand that you’ve grown to expect VocalNet as a company to constantly remain on the cutting edge of IT and its many services. Maintaining this position requires us to continually maintain and upgrade our network infrastructure. In that regard, we recently made an extensive investment in hardware for the purpose of upgrading our existing infrastructure with the addition of such critical components as DDOS attack prevention, state of the art firewalls and switches and other best of breed hardware. The implementation of this investment has resulted in the frequency of maintenance windows you’ve undoubtedly notice over the recent months. While we seek to minimize the inconvenience of these upgrades on customer’s service, they are necessary as I can assure you that we’re always looking for ways to ensure the security of our customers business critical hardware and services, whether they be co-located in our data center or leveraging VocalNet’s voice or data services and security offerings. Over the past few months, we’ve expanded our reach to encompass a comprehensive suite of multi-layer security products and services that address the ever growing global information security concerns that we are all forced to address each business day. In developing this suite of products, we have gained valuable partnerships with many Gartner leading manufacturers and developers that complement each other in the provision of truly effective and comprehensive security solutions.
